 It’s all a bit cumbersome and lacking in any sort of workflow which is a shame. ACDSee is principally an image sorting and database program, so as an added extra, the new RAW processing module is very useful. With better integration it would beat any manufacturer’s offering by a long way.

The other tabs are also well laid out and a model of clarity. It’s just a pity that ACDSee treats RAW processing in much the same way that Adobe Photoshop does - It’s handled by a separate module or mini application which pops up whenever you select a raw file. In ACDsee’s case  a preview panel appears from which you select RAW processing.
