Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 EX DG HSM

Tested with Canon EOS 5D

Vignetting

Full frame there is still noticeable darkening in the corners - although less than at f2.8.

Conclusion

The Sigma 70-200 f2.8 APO EX DG HSM is a good match for the Canon EOS 5D. The corners remain very sharp even at full aperture, and by f 5.6 overall image quality is superb. The only downside is the same sort of darkening in the corners that I’ve found with all lenses on the 5D.

Highly Recommended
